How to Submit your Camera-Ready files?

ICET 2026 CAMERA-READY SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

All papers should be in English and follow the two-column format of the IEEE Conference style guidelines. Templates can be downloaded using the link below.

Manuscripts not following the IEEE template or exceeding the similarity ratio defined by IEEE will be rejected.

Figures and plots must be of good quality. Text in figures should match the size of the normal document text. Ensure that figures and plots are distinguishable when printed in black and white and viewed on-screen. Avoid using low-resolution screenshots or Excel-generated plots unless of high quality.

Include the ISBN information at the bottom of the first page of your paper as follows:

Ensure that your paper includes a header on the first page with the conference name and year (e.g., "2026 21st International Conference on Emerging Technologies (ICET)").

Prepare your final camera-ready submission:

  • Complete Final version of the file containing high-quality images.
  • PDF File generated from PDF Express.
  • Electronic Copyright Form (available on CMT).
  • Response to reviewers file.

Submit the file electronically via Microsoft Conference Management. If you encounter any issues, please contact the program chair at icet@giki.edu.pk.

Only those papers presented at the conference according to the schedule will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Ensure the final submission meets these quality checks:

  • High-quality formatting.
  • Proofread for spelling and grammatical errors.
  • Plagiarism must be below 20%, excluding references.
Deadline for camera-ready submission: September 10, 2026
