The 17th ICET 2022

The 17th edition of ICET conference will be held on 29-30 November 2022 at the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology. In this modern era of Information technology, Conferences are one of the most common tools used for interaction between researchers, academia, government agencies and industry. Conference provides a cohesive networking opportunity to the national/international researchers to share their work. Therefore, it is proposed to arrange an international conference annually by different institutions, under the umbrella of IEEE Islamabad section. All previous editions of the conference had their proceedings indexed and published by IEEE Xplore. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore's subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

Submission Guidelines

How to Submit your Paper?

  • All paper must be original and not simultaneously submitted to, or be considered for publication in any other journal or conference. Research papers must belong to the various topics of interest relevant to the conference sessions.
  • All papers should be in English, and follow the two-column format of the IEEE Conference style guidelines. Templates can be downloaded using the link below. Page length must not be more than 6-pages.
  • Authors are encouraged to use the LaTeX template (click here) for typesetting their manuscript. Documents created in a word may result in unnecessary processing delay when submitting camera-ready copies. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplorer subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements
  • Figures and plots must be of good quality. Text appearing in figures must be of the same size as the normal document text. Make sure that figures and plots appear fine and distinguishable when printed in black and white, as well as when viewed on-screen. Plots made in excel or figures/plots taken as screen-shots should be avoided unless taken in high resolution.
  • Prepared manuscripts can be submitted electronically via EasyChair in PDF format. If there are any problems with the submission website, please contact the program chair at icet@giki.edu.pk.
