All accepted papers will be given a maximum length of 6 pages (including figures, tables and references) in the conference proceedings. Please follow the formatting instructions given in the sample paper. Only papers in PDF format will be accepted. All accepted papers will be checked for similarity index. The papers having higher similarity may be excluded from the conference proceedings.

For authors convenience, copies of the Microsoft Word and LaTeX templates are provided on this link (click here to redirect to the template web page). Authors should use either of these tempates as a guide in the production of their Camera-Ready Paper in PDF format.

IEEE Xplore Compliance: The camera ready copy file must be an IEEE Xplore compliant PDF file. Please make sure that your PDF file passes the IEEE PDF eXpress compliance check. This is an IEEE requirement for the publication of the proceedings. All accepted papers to be presented at IEEE ICET2018 will be included in IEEE Xplore subject to the final approval of IEEE. To access the IEEE PDF eXpress verification site, go to https://www.pdf-express.org/ If you have used IEEE PDF eXpress before please login using 45444XP as the conference ID and your login details. If you are a new user, please click the new user link to create an account. Follow the provided instructions to check your PDF file. Once your PDF file will pass the PDF Check then you will receive an email confirming this.

Electronic Copyright Form Submission: To complete the submission process, authors must submit the electronic copyright form. Authors would receive an email that will provide them with a link to the online eCF wizard , as well as a unique login name and password to access their own copyright forms. When an author completes the online copyright transfer process and submits the form, he/she will receive an automated confirmation email letting him/her know that the transfer has been completed successfully.

Registration: Please note that an accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready copy is accompanied by the registration for at least one of the authors. Registration deadline is October 2, 2018 . Failure to register within registration deadline may result in the exclusion of your paper from the conference proceedings.
